2003 Cancellation Policies
Winter Value (Jan. 5 - Jan. 30)
One night room and tax deposit due at time of booking.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are subject to full payment at time of booking which, if cancelled is non-refundable.
Cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival are subject to a $35 Cdn processing fee.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival - penalty is full payment.
Winter Regular (Jan. 31 - Mar. 30)
A deposit of one night room and tax deposit due at time of booking and is non-refundable.
Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 45 days of arrival are subject to full payment at time of booking which, if cancelled is non-refundable.
Cancellations within 45 days of arrival - penalty is full payment.
Cancellations outside of 45 days - penalty one night room and tax deposit.
Spring Regular (Apr. 1 - Apr. 30)
One night room and tax deposit due at time of booking.
Full payment 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are subject to full payment at time of booking which, if cancelled is non-refundable.
Cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival are subject to a $35 Cdn processing fee.

Spring/Summer/Fall Season (May 1 - Nov. 28)
Full payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit full payment.
